NN07: Virgin Birth – The Forest [cassette]

LEO Weekly wrote this about The Forest:

Make no mistake, this isn’t just someone with a synthesizer making noise, these songs are very well written and produced, falling somewhere along the lines of Nine Inch Nails’ Pretty Hate Machine, Broken, and Ministry’s Twitch, with a hefty dose of KMFDM thrown in. 9 tracks of hard-hitting, dark, pulsing synth-driven industrial rock with all the subtlety of a sledgehammer.

NN06: Deady – Deady [cassette]

Post Trash had this to say about Deady:

They band make combustible art punk that at times feels reminiscent of the Melbourne punk scene (think Gut Health and Delivery), but shares plenty of DNA with upbeat US peers like Spread Joy, Cel Ray, and Fugitive Bubble. Deady’s swarming sound is crackling with static electricity but the band separate themselves for the pack with a deep socio political message, using their debut EP to take aim at issues of racism and brutality that plague our society.

NN05: Virgin Birth – Waiting On The Bad Time [7inch single]

NN04: Shitfire – Howdy Bitch [cassette]

NN03: Wireworks – Wireworks [cassette] SOLD OUT

NN02: Prayer Line – Thrill Me, Lick Me, Fuck Me, Kill Me [vinyl]

Metal Digest had this to say about Thrill Me, Lick Me, Fuck Me, Kill Me:

Are you ready to get scared? Kentucky’s premier purveyors of Horror infused Punk/Thrash are ready to thrill us again with a new six-track EP stuffed to the brim with dark intent, shockingly good riffs, and the dirtiest basslines since Lemmy left us. And just to confuse the hell out of us, eight tracks. Ok, six songs and two bizarre interludes aimed purely at mauling your subconscious into submission.

NN01: Flagrant Fouls Vol. 1 [cassette] SOLD OUT
